REGISTRATION
The registration fees are JPY 65,000 for a regular participant and JPY 30,000 for a student, respectively. They cover an abstract book, manuscript submission, one copy of the conference proceedings (will be published in the series of AIP Conference Proceedings) and the social programs (welcome reception on Sunday, excursion and banquet on Wednesday).
The accompanying person registration fee only includes social programs
on Sun. and Wed.
The Partner tours fee covers Partners Program events on Mon. Tue. Thu.
and Fri.(see "Partners Program").
Early registration rates are available by 0:00 of April 21, 2010 (JST) .
The fee for IIT School (see "SCHOOL") is JPY 50,000 and 20,000 for regular and student, respectively, which includes the fee for textbook. Especially, a discount rate is offered to the students to attend both IIT Conference and School.

Visa Application
Visa application forms, procedure and policies to visit Japan are available at the web site of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html or http://www.cn.emb-japan.go.jp/consular/visa_tankishoyo.htm).
The conference office is prepared to issue the documents required for visa application; “Letter of reasons for invitation” and “Schedule of the stay” If you need such documents, please submit following documents to IIT2010 secretariat.
- Application form (Name, passport information, contact of applicant) download from here (PDFor doc.) and fill it.
- Copy of passport
- Schedule of the stay including flights and accommodations
- (If applicable,) List of accompany person(s).
Please note that these documents will be issued only after the confirmation of registration and payment for the conference.
