The authors who will present their works at the conference are also recommended to contribute full length papers for the conference proceedings. The proceedings will be published as a series of AIP Proceedings series (http://proceedings.aip.org/).

Manuscript preparation for IIT2010 conference proceedings

Paper format, style and structure

The submitted manuscripts should be in ‘camera-ready’ and formatted in the ‘double column format’ of AIP conference proceedings. Authors should download a template file (A4 or US letter size) and read carefully the instructions shown at http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/outline/8x11d

Page size

The length of paper should be within the limitation, “6 pages" for plenary and invited talks and “4 pages” for regular oral and poster presentations.

Submission and deadline

The manuscript should be submitted on-line. The on-line submission site is open at http://tachibana.nucleng.kyoto-u.ac.jp/ojs/index.php/IIT2010 and on-line submission guide is available.

The deadline of abstract submission is June 11, the end of the conference.

Reviewing

Acceptance of manuscript is decided through peer-reviewing process.

Copyrights

The authors of accepted papers should agree with the copyright policy of AIP and submit the‘Transfer of Copyright Agreement’before publication.
