- OpenOffice.org style (IIT2010_abstract_template.odt)
The abstract of IIT2010 should be written in English. The abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in the conference abstract-book and handed out to the participants at the conference.
The abstract must be prepared using above template. The paper size is A4 (21.0mm×29.7mm) with margins of 35 mm from the top and 30 mm from the other sides. The abstract starts with, “Title of presentation (12 points and boldface)”, “Author list (10 points)” and “Authors’ affiliations, address and e-mail address of presenting author (9points)”. The name of presenting author should be indicated by underlining the author’s name. Times New Roman or Times font is recommended.
The body of abstract should be in 10 points, which may include tables, figures and references. Especially, it is highly recommended to include table and/or figures attracting participants. The tables and figures should be placed with captions (9 points). Authors should be careful with the quality of figures; it would be better that the figures would have more than 150 dpi for bitmap, or more than 0.5 points of line width for drawing and have enough contrast and brightness when they are printed in black and white.
The abstract must be translated in PDF format. MS Office 2007 and OpenOffice.org have capability to output .pdf data directly. For other softwares, standard Adobe Acrobat (http://www.adobe.com/) and some free softwares such as PrimoPDF (http://www.primopdf.com/index.htm) are available to prepare .pdf data.
